A few days ago, there was an accident at the constant pressure water supply project of the waterworks. The transmitter was damaged and the pressure signal was lost. The PID was out of control and caused the water supply pressure to be too high. This caused a pipe burst in the urban pipeline. 0.6MP broke the tube, but I also have an inescapable responsibility for the program.
I just went to work in a state-owned enterprise and was arranged to work as an intern electrician in a spray shop. Although I have seen some knowledge of common equipment used by electricians in the book, it is really unclear which one is a knife switch and which is a circuit breaker when I walk into the actual work site. A few days ago, two colleagues assembled a 125 hp inverter. According to the assembly work standard book, the upper board (CPU board + driver board + power board + signal conversion board, etc.) was measured as OK first. It mainly measures the driving output waveform of the driver board, the forward and reverse terminal control and the 50 Hz operation status.

Speaking of high-power inverter assembly, when I first entered the company, I also participated in assembly testing to familiarize myself with the product production process. I remember just a few months after entering the company, in the production line to assist a master to assemble a 100KW power, the warehouse staff has issued all the materials required for product assembly (here only limited to the hardware part).
