Center requirements:
(1) Networking: The monitoring center is located in the management center of the Water Bureau, has a fixed IP, and uses a public network dedicated network.
(2) The monitoring data are reported to the existing monitoring platform, and the communication protocol adopts the "Hydrological Monitoring Data Communication Protocol".

Field equipment:

◆ The site adopts solar power supply, and the power supply is 12VDC.
◆ The core equipment uses Pingsheng DATA–7218 telemetry terminal RTU.
◆ Rainfall measuring pulse points are collected at the rainfall monitoring measuring points.
◆ Water and rain monitoring points collect 485 output signals from radar level gauges and pulse signals from rain gauges.
