1 Introduction

With the deepening of energy conservation, the scientific management methods of energy utilization are becoming more diverse. The energy consumption management system can monitor the detailed use of various energy sources in the school in real time, find weaknesses in energy consumption for public buildings, promote the improvement of school management and reduce operating costs, and provide an intuitive and scientific basis for energy conservation and consumption reduction. As an efficient management tool and emerging management means, energy consumption management systems have been applied in large public buildings, hospitals and other fields. Changshu Xinglong Middle School's Acrel-5000 energy management system reduces energy consumption and improves profits through energy collection and management.

3 Project Overview

Changshu Xinglong Middle School mainly monitors multi-function meters on the floor. A total of 67 PZ series meters produced by Ankerui are divided into 5 bus access systems.

4 System architecture

According to the actual situation of the public construction site, the Acrel-Acrel-5000 energy analysis management system uses a shielded twisted pair to directly connect to the background energy gateway and then upload the data to the monitoring host through the TCP / IP network. The details are shown in the following figure:

The system mainly uses a layered distributed computer network structure, as shown in the system structure diagram: station control management layer, network communication layer and field equipment layer. The meters in the entire building are distributed in the power distribution room and floors. All the meters are laid to the monitoring center through 485 shielded twisted-pair wires, and are collected and managed by the energy gateway to the system host.

5 System software modules

Main interface of comprehensive energy consumption

The main page displays the building's architectural picture, basic building information, the monthly electricity pie chart of the building, and various energy consumption. According to the selected building, load its building picture, you can choose the time to view the energy consumption of the building, select the building or the time to automatically refresh, the default is the day.

Bypass energy

The system can count the energy usage of each branch road day by day, week by week, month by month, quarter by quarter, and year by year. The system can view the energy consumption trend of each branch, and can make inquiries based on the existing date or custom time, and can display the total energy consumption of the branch in a chart form.

Breakdown of energy consumption by item

The system can perform energy consumption statistics and display according to items. Among them, the year-on-year analysis chart of daily energy consumption shows the energy consumption histograms of different sub-items for the day and yesterday (the blue bar represents today and the green bar represents yesterday); the energy pie chart shows the energy consumption of each sub-item in the past 31 days The stacked graph shows the energy consumption trend of each sub-item in the past 31 days. The sub-item energy ranking chart shows the top 10 branches of the energy consumption value corresponding to the selected sub-item.

Itemized energy consumption report

The system can count daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly energy consumption of each sub-item within a certain period of time. You can view the energy consumption trend of each branch in the sub-items, you can query based on the existing date or custom time, and the statistical data can be exported to Excel.

Year-on-year analysis of energy consumption

The system can analyze the energy consumption of each major energy-consuming equipment from the same period of last year and the value of the previous month on a year-on-year basis, check the energy-saving effect, perform energy-saving performance assessment, and revise energy-saving targets based on the analysis results. Statistics on the monthly energy consumption of each branch road in the current year and the same period last year;

Energy data check

The system can calculate the energy difference between each loop and the lower branch in a certain period of time. When it exceeds a certain percentage, it will be prominently displayed (red area) to ensure the integrity and accuracy of the measurement system.

Configuration options

Configure the basic information of the building in accordance with the relevant technical specifications, such as: building functions, building area, air-conditioning area, building address, etc., where the building area and other information will be analyzed by energy consumption per unit area;

Configure basic information such as the type, model, and manufacturer of the meter used in the project, and add the monitoring parameter information that the meter can provide. The configuration here affects energy consumption statistics, energy consumption statistics by period, and parameter query functions;

Configure all measuring instruments used in the project, and save the address, transformation ratio, corresponding collector, code, name of the monitoring circuit and other information of the measuring instrument;

The information such as the meter, proportion, and calculation method involved in configuring the energy consumption statistics of each item can be flexibly configured according to the project situation. The configuration information here will affect the functions in the energy consumption analysis modules of each category. ;

Configure the energy consumption metering, calculation method, proportion and department energy consumption plan for each department. After completing this configuration, the department energy analysis function module will be enabled;

Configure the meter, calculation method, and proportion corresponding to an energy-consuming area in the building. After completing this configuration, the regional energy analysis function module will be enabled.

6 Outlook

Based on the analysis of the energy consumption operation effect of school buildings, a typical energy consumption analysis model is established and unified analysis.

Establish a building energy consumption measurement system: For the publicly-used power structure, monitor to the distribution room level, and can accurately calculate the incoming and outgoing circuit. about).

The collected data is stored and formed into a visual chart: the system collects the data and stores it in a database, the system can meet the report query and export, and the system can display the energy consumption trend in the form of histograms, etc., to give customers a better experience.

Diagnosing high energy consumption points: Managers can collect data through the system, and analyze the year-on-year and quarter-on-quarter comparisons of each circuit. A one-stage analysis can find high energy consumption points.

Improve management and operation mode through energy consumption analysis: For high energy consumption points, positively improve management operations, such as: notifying various teams to turn off lights and shutting down machines during off-hours, and include them in performance appraisal; during the work period, the power load is relatively large The circuit can shift peaks and reduce excessive load at the same time; the energy consumption data can reduce the company's operating costs and increase profits.

7 Conclusion

The energy consumption system of Changshu Xinglong Middle School is designed to address the issue of energy consumption in schools under the background of increasing energy problems and rising energy prices. After the construction of the energy consumption management system, it will not only reduce the workload of the staff and provide work efficiency, but also the intuitive statistical analysis results can more effectively help the building managers to make correct analysis based on the energy consumption situation and to develop in the future.
