This project is aimed at the glass loading and unloading complete line equipment of the current glass coating equipment optical smoothing machine. Main method: The carrier board with glass completed by Guangchi coating is picked up by a robot and placed on an artificial lower glass assembly line. After the glass is manually lowered, the glue is peeled off. The carrier board reaches the corner unit through the assembly line and manually cleans the carrier board. After that, it reaches the gluing unit through the ascending and descending assembly line, and the two-track high-temperature glue is automatically applied. Then it is transferred to the glass bonding station through equidistant transfer, and the required coated glass passes through the glass feeding mechanism and is picked up by the robot. It also reaches the glass bonding station, and the glass is positioned to the high temperature adhesive of the carrier board by a non-marking suction method. To fix the glass. The glass-carrying board flows to the board-loading station, and the robot picks up the carrier board and puts it into the optical coating machine to perform glass coating. The positioning accuracy of high-temperature glue can achieve 0.5mm, which can realize the simultaneous application of dual-track high-temperature glue and the non-stop production of the Guangchi coating machine. It can realize the rapid replacement of high-temperature rubber rolls and save the time of high-temperature glue replacement. The gluing mechanism is flexible and can automatically compensate for the gap caused by the deformation of the carrier plate. The glass-attaching station has high positioning accuracy, high efficiency, and trace-free flexible positioning to ensure product quality. The gripper of the transfer glass robot is equipped with a flexible pressing mechanism to make the glass adhere to the high-temperature glue of the carrier plate to prevent the film from falling off. The loading and unloading parts of the optical coating machine are equipped with a carrier buffer mechanism, which can realize uninterrupted feeding and unloading.

4: Realize automatic positioning of glass feeding, solve the problem of slow efficiency and low accuracy of manual glass placement, and solve the problem of compatibility of different products.

5: Realize the automatic operation of the entire line, saving a lot of manpower.

Impact and driving effect of project implementation on the industry

This project has a major leading role in the automatic loading and unloading of the Guangchi machine. It has been promoted and applied in the world's largest glass panel manufacturer. Follow-up customers still have demand and have demonstration effects in the industry, which reduces the difficulty of using the Guangchi coating machine. Existing coating machine manufacturers are willing to cooperate with this equipment to develop into a total solution. The successful implementation of the project has met the needs of the entire glass industry for coating loading and unloading, and improved the efficiency of coating.
